The ground breaking ceremony of the ‘Dhammachakka Shrine’ at the BSCC was started by the 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑩𝑺𝑪𝑪, 𝑲 𝑫𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒓 on 28th October 2021 on par with celebrating the birthday of 𝐕𝐞𝐧. 𝐁. 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐤𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨 (𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐒𝐂𝐂)
